OUR QUALITY POLICY 

We have restructured all of our business processes in a way to benefit our business partners in order to gain mutual benefits, and we have aligned and documented these processes with ISO 9001 Quality Management, ISO 10002 Customer Satisfaction Management and ISO 27001 Information Security Management Standards.

 

ISO 27001: 2013 INFORMATION SECURITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

We operate in the field of technology and are aware of the threats as well as innovations in this field. We applied the Information Security Management System to all of our business processes in accordance with all relevant legal regulations and standards in terms of storing the information obtained from all our stakeholders and the confidentiality and usability of this information.

 

ISO 10002: 2014 CUSTOMER SATISFACTION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

We aimed to provide fast, reliable, high quality and result oriented service with our communication channels while responding to the needs of our business partners and our customers who purchased our products. From the determination of the requirements to the completion of the end-to-end processes, we restructured all processes according to our purpose and implemented the Customer Satisfaction Management System in our business processes.

 

ISO 9001: 2015 QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

In order to realize our vision and mission, we restructured all our business processes according to the requirements of the Quality Management System and applied them to all our business processes according to our continuous improvement principles.
